Interior Design BD (interior-design-bd.com) is an independent info blog about small-space and budget interior design, run by Azmi Mhamed from Meknes, Morocco. This page explains how our guides are researched, written, reviewed and kept accurate.

1. Who writes and reviews

Every article is written and reviewed by Azmi Mhamed, an interior researcher focused on compact flats, budget remodels and durable materials. See About for background and contact details. There is no anonymous or outsourced content pipeline: one named author is responsible for every guide.

2. How guides are researched

• First-hand observation from small Moroccan apartments: measured layouts, material checks (ply grades, hardware brands, hinge tests) and contractor quote comparisons.
• Current local pricing: cost figures in MAD are 2026 estimates for the Meknes/Casablanca market, gathered from supplier and contractor quotes — not copied from other websites.
• Software and tools are tested hands-on (floor planners, kitchen planners, measuring apps) before we recommend them.

3. Originality and AI assistance

We do not scrape content, and we do not publish unreviewed AI output. AI writing tools may assist with first drafts and article structure. Every AI-assisted draft then goes through the same human pipeline before it can be published:

• rewritten with our own measurements, budgets and judgments from section 2;
• fact-checked against supplier quotes and our project notes;
• reviewed, corrected and signed off by Azmi Mhamed.

Publishing raw planner screenshots, generic software output, or untouched AI text as content is against our own standards — see any of our tool guides for how we redraw plans with our own measurements instead.

4. Photos and media

Cover photos are original or properly licensed stock (Pexels), credited on each post with the photographer's name. We do not hotlink or repost images without a license.

5. Updates and freshness

Prices, product availability and software plans change, so cornerstone guides are reviewed and updated at least yearly (last site-wide review: September 2026). Updated articles show an "Updated" date next to the original publication date.

6. Corrections

Found a mistake — a wrong price, size or technical detail? Email [email protected] with the page URL and the correction. We read every message, verify the claim, fix confirmed errors promptly, and mark the article as updated. We reply within 3 business days.

7. Money and independence

We currently use no affiliate links. If that changes, each affected page will carry a clear disclosure at the top. The site shows limited third-party ads (Google AdSense) served with cookie consent — see our Privacy Policy. No brand pays for placement in our guides; save-vs-splurge picks reflect durability and value, not sponsorship. Cost content is general information, not professional advice — see our Disclaimer.
