Arch build without cracks
Gypsum arch 36x84 MAD 2,400 + paint same white (not contrast that frames heavy). 6mm gap + silicone (grout cracks vibration), level ±2mm or door rubs. Retrofit over square lintel 1 day, no slab cut (slab cut needs syndic + MAD 5k + risk). Curtain recess 6x4 inside arch hides hooks + raises 3 inch.
